Do all three plans include the same features?
Yes. Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime provide the same core memory, growth, keepsake and family-sharing features. The difference is how you pay and how long your membership remains active.
Does everyone in my family need a subscription?
No. One owner has a Kins membership. Invited partners and viewers join the shared family story free, with the access you choose to give them.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel a subscription through your Apple account settings. Your paid membership continues until the end of the billing period. After it ends, you can still read and export your existing archive.
What does Lifetime mean?
Lifetime is a one-time purchase for ongoing owner access to Kins, without monthly or yearly renewals. It includes the same core features as a subscription.
Where is my family’s data stored?
On your device, with backup to your private Apple iCloud when available. Kins does not run a separate server that stores or reads your private memories. Your iCloud storage capacity and Apple’s terms apply.
