These terms explain the promises and responsibilities that come with using Kins.
Last updated 24 September 2026By downloading or using Kins, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply alongside Apple’s standard App Store terms and any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
Kins is a personal family-archive app. You are responsible for the information you add, the security of your device and Apple account, and ensuring that you have the right or appropriate consent to save and share information about other people, especially children.
You keep ownership of the words and media you add. You grant only the permissions needed for Kins and the services you choose to store, process, display, sync, share and export that content. Kins does not claim ownership of your family archive.
You control whom you invite and the access you give them. Invitees are responsible for what they add or download. Remove access promptly if a person should no longer see the shared archive.
Purchases are processed by Apple and validated through RevenueCat. Subscription pricing and duration are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings. Apple’s refund rules apply.
Kins relies on your device and Apple services. Keep your Apple account secure and export important memories as an additional backup. We work to keep Kins reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every third-party service will always be available.
Use Kins lawfully. Do not add or share content you have no right to use, violate another person’s privacy, attempt to compromise the app or its services, or use Kins to harm, exploit or endanger anyone.
We may improve, replace or discontinue features and may update these terms. The latest terms and revision date will be available here. You may stop using Kins at any time; export anything you wish to keep before deleting the app or its iCloud data.
Kins is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect losses or for loss caused by your device, account, internet connection or a third-party service. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights where the law does not allow it.
